this offer is on the adapter brackets with the extended brake line that are availible in Black, Red, Blue, or Green. (Red, Blue, and Green are $10.00 more)

Total kit with Extended Brake line is $199.98 Retail Plus Shipping with Black Brake line,,,, and $209.98 Retail with a Red, Blue, or Green brake line.

*** They are on sale right now for $180.00 plus shipping w/black brake line for PM members only (& $10.00 more for Red, Blue, or Green brake lines)

What would one have to do to get a kit to run the kx65 wheel and brakes on a Pitster LXR

I am actually making a kit for the LXR to run KX65 rear caliper and YZ250f rear master cylinder.

Then the next project will be for an adapter to run the CR85 front caliper on the lxr forks as well as the Marzocchi forks.

great! Ill take one of each....always could use more stopping power.

what size rotor would that be for the front with a 85 caliper? on zokes

The caliper will have an adapter that is made to work with the Pitster front wheel which has the 220mm front rotor. The rear has a 190 on the pitster rear wheel.

Sounds good I hate the Pitster brakes... I just put on "real" zokes with kx 65 lugs and kx 65 brakes/wheel on my lxr ... its SWEET!!

How soon will it be before the adapter will be available for the rear kx65 brakes/wheel setup????

Hey Gary just to let you know I bought one of your KX65 A-style Rear Disc Brake adapter kits and a Sano LS8 swingarm for my sons KLX a long time ogo from you. And he raced the bike for 2 seasons in 65cc class cross country racing here in North Texas. This setup worked flawless with the KX65 wheels, very happy with it.

Thanks,

Edweed

Received mine last week- awesome quality and includes everything!

I was running a sik110's OTT brak pedal but just ordered a TBR OTT brake pedal as you had said the throw forward was better for the plunger- is this correct?

Also, do you have any pics of the master cylinder mounted to the bracket that mounts to the frame? Or reservoir under the seat? Thanks, I just want a reference before install.

Thanks again- GREAT PRODUCT!

So this kit won't work with the Sik-110 OTT brake lever?

I've alread got my KX65 rear brake (caliper to master cylinder) and bought a rear wheel off ebay last night. It does not have the OEM Spacers and Dust Covers, so i still need to get those somewhere.

Will my stock axle work or do I need a KX65 axle?

Sorry for all the questions...

The Sik 110 brake pedal works but it just has the direction of the flow more forward so it doesn't push directly into the master (Slightly, not a big deal,, it still works).

The Only OEM spacer you will need is the Rotor side and you will need both OEM dust covers. The sprocket side spacer is replaced with the spacer in the STR kit.

You can use your stock KLX110 axle.
