It has been posted that it only has about 4 inches of rear wheel travel.

I know there are a lot of debaters and he-man haters........so any Medina TTR owners that can debunk this please enlighten us.

editted the video was of the KLX Linkage bike.

Matified posted a video back a few weeks ago showing it but I honestly can not say what it has because I have not personally ridden one.

sorry the video was the KLX linkage bike.

PM Chirs Lasvegasterror. he would know.

I have one and I do know that it has about 8.5" of rear wheel travel depending on axle position.. Keep in mind all you skeptics out there, many companies are selling a "ttr" style bike and several using the same frame as medina's ttr but I can say that the klx linkage and the ttr linkage from Medinaminis are the same linkage/shock setup just different swingarms and both work great. Who knows what the rest are doing.

BTW Bwoods why would you even reply considering you don't own a Medina and could not honestly comment on any aspects of it's design or function ? All you did was pass on gossip. Seems like you may still be looking to stir sh!t up ? Never did see or hear back from you on that frame........

Chris he asked and I had seen the video that Matt posted of sikfidys old bike.....the video that was up had no where near 8 inches but that could have been because of the lower linkage bearings bearing shot. I would not say anything if the Medina owners would come forward and post what their bikes are actually capable of. I would love to hear how good they if they really are.

You are correct though I have no reason for posting anything since I still believe my LXR is a superior design.

BTW the frame is still hanging here. I am working 4-5 days....ten hours a day and 2 hours on the road each way. Got to make a living while the money is being offered.

I will stay out of his postings from now on.

Oh and again btw :).....that first generation TTR linkage bike I had did not have anywhere near 8 inches either.

Have a great day.

"Funny stuff!

This was an incomplete linkage set-up (I am guessing here) without the proper shock bushing, or maybe a broken needle bearing, or without the proper linkage bolts (well documented in our Gen. #3 thread with 20K+ views). This video was meant to provide dis-information as to the marketing of our 12" linkage products.

I find it flattering that this high caliber individual thinks about us so much as to post an incorrect video of our products. However, that is just the kind of stand-up guy he is. Always looking out for everyone's best interest.

If any Medina customer has anything to say negitively or positively (about these linkage rollers) please post it for all to see.

Lastly, I am sooo touched by this sole act of humanitarianism that...

I will remember it when I price our Generation #4 products."

are you kidding dude? this thread has nothing to do with an lxr, either you are like 8 years old or you are trying to be pitsters favorite wingman:confused:

weak

To the original poster, I am just ordering a ttr bike...will definitely provide feedback once I get out on it (when the weather clears up)

Thats great....please let know what you think of it.

And no I am not 8 and I am not kidding....I had the original TTR linkage and and now have the LXR. Not much of a comparison besides they both had the same size wheels and a set of handle bars.

Let it be known that the TTR Bwoods had was not a Medina product. It was a sample direct from "YX" aka DirtMax that "I", NOT Medina, sold to him for one third of it's original fob cost. We tested it, failed it, and moved on to a better product. Unlike some companies that will sell it to the public and let there unknowing customers test it for them. One more thing, that bike in no way had anything in common with the current offerings from Medinaminis other than plastics.

I got the TTR Frame set, mine has 8.5" of rear travel. It has been holding up just fine under my 280lbs, no broken or bent parts, Bob and John has been real good to me and you can not beat the price. And Gen 4 is going to blow everyone away!!!!

I am very happy with my bike. :D:D

Yea I don't have a ttr bike but I do have the klx linkage bike, and there is no way that it has only 4 inches of rear wheel travel, I have friends I've ridden with that have full mod 110 's and bbr bikes, and IMO it handles better. Never compared it to the lxr though so I can't comment on that.

haha why do u think its impossible for someone to like the medina over the lxr?

I honestly had my heart set on a lxr untill i rode up4da4nals!idk to me the bike seems to short and stubby.(he has the first gen lxr that might be why though)cause i heard the made the bike longer now.

its all bike prefrenence to me, i dont just get what everyone else gets cause its the cool thing to do!coming from a klx it felt the most comfortable to me.
