I have a 03 like new Jin cheng (says Sparky on the tank) with 160 street miles, not a mark on it, with a clear Nevada title that ive been trying to get rid of for $900 bucks with no takers. if anyones intrested PM me. P.S. Im in Las Vegas.

The Sparky bikes are not made by Jincheng. The only bikes Jincheng manufactured and shipped to the US market are the Panda Fun Riders. You have a lifan-based copy.

I can get adapter brackets so you can run a CRF100 motor under the NSR50. This is all the current rage in Japan right now for motard racing. Add the Kitaco SE parts, and you'll have a missle on your hands.

thing is i wanted a xr50 styled motor but ive gotten to the point where i may do that instead.

like you said this conversion has gotten so popular that honda has listened and put out this bad boy.

The left engine sidecover does say Lifan, however the federal saftey compliance tag affixed to the frame says manufactured by Campbell/Jen cheng and every part from the keys, exhaust, spedometer, etc has Jen-Cheng boldly embossed on it, also the Nevada title says Jen-Cheng on it. Im proably not as up on these bikes as you are and the motor does indeed say Lifan on it but the paperwork and every other part on this bike says Jen-Cheng?

Jincheng or Jen-Cheng?

Please clarify. Jincheng quit legally importing into the USA awhile back and you still can find some left-over dealer stock under the "Panda Funrider" moniker. Never heard of Jen-Cheng unless it was a harmess typo.

Jincheng is partly owned by Suzuki or used to be. Can't keep my facts straight anymore.

Sorry for the confusion, I wasent aware there were two diffrent companies with similar sounding names so I wasent paying close attention to the spelling. I just looked at the ignition key and it has "Jincheng" with kind of a semi circle and a sort of "wing" logo on it. As I said earlier the motor says Lifan on the left cover and the gas tank has a large sticker on each side that says "Sparky" in flames on it. It also came new out of the box with a K&N style chrome air filter installed which I still have but replaced with a UNI pod filter, it has 6V full street lighting which actualy works fairly well at night. I recently saw a photo from a Australian ad posted on the ADVrider site of the identical bike.

And if anyone is interested i have a NSR50 Frame for sale. No swingarm forks or tripple. Just the frame. NSR50 motor is also for sale.
