I just wanna tell you how damn lucky you are to live in the US. I live in sweden, and it sucks.Im 15 years old,and we dont get a license until we are 18. We have no fiddy tracks and all the honda parts are so expensive, so if you want a bike that you can rike on, you have to pay 2300$ for "a good bike" but its still a china copy. Our crf's retails for 2500$ STOCK! And then you have to mod it and if you want a good crf you have to pay like 5-6 thousand, and thats just an okey bike, but if you pay 6 grand in the US you'll get a really great bike, right? All i wanna say is you should realise how good you guys have it:D

I didnt mean to whine and all but...;)

Thats all from me...

Yeah....but those swedish girls are hot!

Your right, we do have it good......and I might have a solution.

I'm not sure about the laws of Sweden concerning imports, but couldn't you order parts from the USA or elsewhere and just have them shipped to Sweden instead of buying a complete bike there?

There are tons of parts on eBay, they have everything you need to build a 50 of your own.

I've shipped motorcycle parts all over the world and never had a problem.

You may not have had a problem, but the person receiving them may have. Ive dealt with engine builders in the UK before and the custom's fees, taxes, etc are OUTRAGEOUS. And if you start sending too much stuff to one person they get suspicious.

yea, but the shipping is expensive and you have to pay 25% taxes when you buy stuff. So if you are gonna buy a bike, you might as well take a plane to the US and buy a kickass-bike and take the plane home, for cheaper than a not so good, but okay bike in sweden.

Fly to the US. Purchase a bike, and then take it apart. The parts should fit in a couple of big suite cases. Check your bags, and board the plane to fly home. Put her back together when you get back to the motherland.

Just have to worry about a little federal department called customs.

it really sucks to live in sweden but whe have some hot ladies ;) haha

another thing that sucks is that the petrol costs like 5.73 dollars/gallon here.

and you´re complaining about 3 bucks a gallon haha.

but a while ago 1dollar was the same as 10 swedish crown. and now 1usd = 7.86 swedish crowns. so whe get things really cheap if we import them from the us

I know a guy in San clemente,CA so we were there in octobre last year! and maybe we'll go there this year in novembre, and then im going to sell my damn bike and buy a real crf50. You can get a great bike for like 3000 in the USA, and if u want the same in sweden its like 6-7000!!!

Sweden sucks, as freestylemx said, the gas is so damn expensive to, everything is so god damn more expensive! You have to pay so damn much in taxes. When i turn 18 im gonna move to USA from this shit-ass country:D

I used to work for Ericsson ( I'm sure you've heard of them), and I have some friends that live in Upsalla (sp?), they want to move to the US also, he worked here on contract for a while but had to go back to Sweden a couple of years ago....he was pissed.

He had a Ford Bronco here that he loved but had to sell it when he left.

He said he could not afford the taxes, fees, fuel, and upkeep on the Bronco in Sweden.

He still visits the US once in a while but really wants to move here.

We joke that we could both get divorced and marry each others wives that way they could stay.....
