If you dont already have tapered bearings, your gonna want to tap out the old races and mallet the new ones in, dont forget to grease all metal to metal contact.

Next just slide in the bottom tripple with the bottom bearing, throw on the top bearing along with any spacers or dust thingy, same as stock. Then put the top clamp on and bolt it down slide up the fork tubes and install the wheel! I think the 35mm require the red adaptor to mount the brake caliper and tighten the disc onto the wheel in a star patter with the arrow pointing in direction of rotation and your good to go.

Is the bottom bearing for the bottom tripple suppose to go all the way down?

Its resting about an inch above the triple and wont go all the way down, and they are the bearings off my sp5's. Not sure if its suppose to be all the way at the bottom or not but I'm thinkin so

Yes, it needs to be all the way down. Be careful not to damage the bearing. Tap it down with something softer than the bearing, or use a pipe that fit over the steering stem. Hope that helps.
