I just got a set of CS Hi Max tires (3.00-10 for front and 3.50-10 for rear). Can I mount these tires on the stock wheels? If so, will the stock tubes work since these are bigger and tubeless? Sorry for the stupid questions, but I am a total newb when it comes to motorcycle tires.

If they are tubeless then obviously you don't use a tube lol. Not sure about tubeless tires though..

This is exactly why you shouldn't give input on a topic you have absolutely no idea about!

As was said, you need tubes with spoked wheels. The only time you don't need a tube is when the wheel and tire are designed to be ran tubeless.

What are CS tires? Got a link? I'd like to check them out.

I run 3.00-10 Pirelli's on the front and rear of my CRF50 and they fit perfectly. I don't know if there is enough clearance between the tire and swingarm for 3.50-10's though. I think if they fit it would be very tight and if the wheel wasn't installed perfectly parallel to the swingarm it might rub. That's just going from memory. I'd have to double check.

hey guy...im the guy who sold them to you....they wont rub at all..i know they are meaty...but i had them on a stock crf50 and they were close ...but didnt rub...i had them with the standard size tubes for that wheel....go to 50stunt.com....they sell almost the same size tires with the tubes i ran....you can see in the pics how they fit ...those guys run a similar setup....

Do you have the stock front/rear suspension? Any rub?
I have CRF70 forks and a +2 aluminum swingarm. I don't have any rub, but it might with the stock swingarm

hey cool.

glad they worked out for you.

and yeah, no getting around the pain of mounting lol
Yeah I knew as soon as I took them out of the box I was gonna have a lot of fun putting them on lol. A few pinched fingers and a bent tire iron later I got them on haha. I like them a lot they look badass and hook up so well

and yes...pain to mount...just be patient and use tire irons instead of flathead screwdrivers....50stunt.com also has a how to on tire mounting the easiest way.....go to technical info on theire site...shows a video

You are right, the rear was a pain in the ass! I have been mounting tires for 20 years (car, truck, semi, tractor, atv) and figured I could do this with one spoon and a screwdriver. I got it mounted but tore the tube. I'm not even touching the front...I'll just take it and the rear to a buddy who works at the motorcycle shop down the road on Tuesday to mount and get a new tube. I have done probably a thousand tires, but this was my first tube-type. I just ordered another spoon for future mounts
