iv'e never heard of metal tak before.

i was pretty irritated about the first crack because i called two bros up and told them about it and they pretty much told me to screw off, i mean the dam thing is cracked right on the weld so there has got to be something at fault with the weld. i weigh 160 and hit pretty big jumps, but not to where it should crack. i'll try to post pics of it soon

I would be willing to think that they did not use the correct filler rod that is why it cracked , and is your shock valved corectly , at the end of a long moto how hot is the resi , but more than likly thay used the wrong filler rod ( to hard ) I have alot of experince with tig welding alum

yea 2 bros said the same thing to me i had one of there foot peg braqckets bought it used but still in great condition rode with it once and snapped it hitting a rock in a corner there gay they dont stand behind there products unlike pitster or bbr on the other hand who are out there to help you and not for just the money in my opinion

Twobros sucks. But I do like a lot of their stuff. The ols style swinger was theirs its not a rebagged billetware the new ones are. I have had a few of the swingers. And I've never cracked one. But it does sound like a bad weld. Get it fixed locally. It shouldn't be much.
