ok so heres the deal. i'm going to do a rebuild on my motor and im off to a pretty good start so far. the motor is a lifan 110 and i have the whole cyllinder head stripped of anything that attaches it to the bike. when i try to lossen the 3 bolts on my cam sprocket the flywheel spins. no matter what i cant get it to not spin and the bolt to loosen. any helpful hints or tricks to help me on this guys?
How do i get my cam sprocket off?

best bet is if you have any rubber straps, wrap it around the flywheel and that'll hold it tight

If you have to use anything other than your hand to hold the flywheel when removing the cam sprocket bolts, you have grossly overtightened said bolts...

I'm always able to put a socket and ratchet on it and hit it once with a hammer and it breaks them loose

i wasnt the one who tightened them...this is the fist time that the motors been cracked open so it must be like that from the factory...and yes i did not like the "buy a real honda 50" remark...like it was said, this is not a chinese bashing post so please dont bash the motor just any help would be nice

A couple of taps from side to side and top to bottom with a large rubber mallet will usually free up a cylinder stuck to the bottom end. You did remove the cam chain roller (part #9, below) from within the cylinder, right?

At least soften the taps with a piece of wood....or use the wooden handle of the hammer end instead

Take a peek behind the primary drive gear and make sure the shift star is bolted up snugly in place.

Okay, do you see the shift star moving through the gears when you move the shift lever?
