I think it took around an hour. I bought a giant tube of locktite gel. The fit and finish/quality of this bike is unlike anything I've seen that has been associated with china in any way shape or form. Absolutly 100% pleased with my purchase from pitster.

!!! Minicrosser, PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELP !!! I ordered one LXR from my dealer of pitsterpro (Czech Republic). I ordered this model about one month ago. On pictures which dealer showed me I saw the same things as on the other pictures on this phorum (!! Alloy cover of tank; Oversize no cross bar - i think aluminium oversize(fatbar) handlebar- you know what I think, fatbar alloy clamp; alloy gear lever;foam guard on handlebar; and engine with black anodyzed valve caps with Pitsterpro logos). It should looks like this Pitster Pro LXR a realita focená u nás v Da?icích. | motovirus.cz (specially on pictures where his son rides on it).



BUT WHEN I CAME TO HIM FOR MY NEW LXR I COULDN´T BELIEVE WHAT I SAW. LXR DIDN´T HAVE ALLOY TANK CAP (COVER) BUT PLASTIC, NO ALLOY OVERSIZE HANDLEBARS BUT STEEL CROSS HANDLEBARS, NO BLACK ANODYZED VALVE CAPS BUT NORMAL AS ON OTHER ENGINES, NO ALLOY GEAR SHIFT LEVER BUT STEEL, AND NO DAMPING LEVERS ON HANDLEBARS BUT NORMAL LEVERS. And different cover under motor. You see everything on the same link on first pictures where is not lxr assembled.IM SHOCKED and I don´t know what to do. I payed for it 2600 $:( . Please tell me what version/model is this yours and how much it cost. Do you pay for some more expensive kit with alloy parts, which I talk about ? Thank you really much

Sounds like he sold you the LX modle not the LXR.
