DESCRIPTION: This Stage 3 engine comes complete with a race head (23mm intake & 20mm exhaust valves,) intake and 24mm carburetor setup, throttle cable, clutch cable, kick-starter, and wiring that will fit your stock Honda 50 or 70 harnesses. Stage 3 also comes with a stronger shift shaft and shift lever. Another addition of our Stage 3 is a fully ported race head that flows 260cfm over the original cfm (an 80% increase); stage 3 also comes with a set of hardened shift forks and shift drum for long lasting race abuse.
And finally for the ultimate in big bore kits and customization, our Stage 3 engines will come equipped with the Boyesen/AHP Nikisol Porcupine Cylinder in bore size of your choice (52.4mm currently available.) This cylinder weighs in at an astonishing 1.5 pounds, almost 3 pounds lighter than your stock cylinder and aftermarket cast iron bore kits, still a few ounces less than the aluminum competition. Tall porcupine fins create the greatest cooling effect possible for these air cooled engines, add in the amazing benefit of a Nikisol plated cylinder which effectively runs cooler and lasts longer and you simply do not have anything that comes close to beating the Porcupine Cylinder. Engines are 4 speed manuals, 1 down & 3 up shifting pattern, just like your big bike.

The engine has one race (Vegas), and a few hours of time messing around at Mark's house....only reason I'm selling is I just had a baby girl on 7/15 and no time to ride, my priorites are elsewhere right now.....
