See if you can just take the decals off with out damaging the paint, though someone did mention about the sleeper look.

speaking of football I'd love to see the American Rose Bowl champs face down the Canadian Grey Cup champs in exhibition games one in US one in Canada.

I couldn't believe it last night when I rode for the first time. What gearing are you running? Only bad thing, buries the stock speedo (good thing/bad thing) LOL

I am very interested in your build.

I am building a TB117 atm to go into a lady dax.

4spd AHP Auto, TB HD Clutch with Billet Housing to be extra safe at high rpm etc, although the TB HD one should hold up easy.

Was going to go a Kitaco 117 as it has better top end horse power but the TB products are more affordable to me.

Anyways, what road gearing are you going to run ?.

I am thinking of going 16/30 or 17/30 ?.

All the best

Pat

PS : Not running an oil cooler either unless it gets really hot over here, but I am running an oil catch can & breather, I have found that even my TB88 has needed that.

Remember, the stock speedo on a 1993 only goes to 50 mph and it's only got about 20 miles on the motor, so don't want to push it to the limits quite yet. Went on a 10 - 15 mile jaunt last night and when I got back, oil temps were high, oil cooler is probably in my future. I am currently running 16/35 but am changing to 17/33 and then maybe 17/31. Playing with it to see better top end, not so much into wheelies. Really a fun bike to putt around on.

Duckboy, Mac Brown is a tool and so are your shorthorns, enjoy the Poulan weedeater bowl!

should def. get an oil cooler on that bad boy! :)

Yep, without an oil cooler, my TB108 would go to 120C and beyond after 20 minutes of normal to high speed riding. And this is with extra cooling fins on the cam and valve covers. Barely breaks 110C with a cooler after freeway jaunts, and normal riding temps stay around 90-100C.

With all the football talk I had to throw my wife's scooter in the mix.

And as far as mack brown goes. I quit caring when he shatz on UNC to go to texas. That was a low class move the way he did it, at least reading about it in the papers. But that was a long time ago.

(scooter above was a $200 purchase. $200 in parts and it is a nice ride.)

Geez! Doesn't oil start to burn at 120c??? I shut my motors down if the temp gets to 105c, just preventitive on my part. I would like to know some oil temps on these HP motors. When breaking in a new motor, it's normal for the operating temps to be high for the first 500 miles or so. But 120c and beyond seems dangerous to me.

Regarding football, nobody is more humble than me (OU fan) 0 for 5 in last BCS bowl game appearances, Some say at least we were there, BS!
