any 1 ever paint anything themselvs or send it out, i have a buddy who went to a tech school n he does body work/painting, and i have a silver swinger n some other stuff on the way but i would really prefer for them to be black, do u guys think auto paint will hold up? he said he could even do like matte black but i dnt wanna pay for it to be done n just chip super easy ya know

it'll chip anywhere you hit it with a wrench or a rock or anything

but eh, it's a 50, takes no time at all to rip it apart, clean it, scuff it, paint it, and throw it back together. For me it's always been a 1 afternoon job lol

Mine's nothing special, just cheap under $30 paint job's both time, the white was 96 cents a can at walmart lol

my first paint job, metalic blue

well it wont be spray paint hell be painting it like he would paint a car with a paint gun soo its not the same quality paint i guess

ahh if you use car paint you'll be good, a lot better then spray paint

but it will still be just like a car, wack it with a wrench or something, and it will chip.. Compared to a quality powder coat job, that you can wack pretty damn hard with steel and not have it chip

Either way, it's easy enough to paint, and cheap enough, so screw it and do it!
