well i have been able to aim it up some now, i liked the head pipe from pister because of the dimamter being go big the pc was real small along with there head pipe so we had the can fabed(with ti) to work with the large header pipe opening

I opened up the fmf head pipe, but I think the PC is smaller at the head.

It took some work we had to have the header pipe shortend a bit and then have the can inlet re-worked, the flange had to made 1/4' larger to match the header pipe all out of ti $$$$ (if i had to do over i would do stainlesssssssssss) easier/cheaper
 
I have a KLX 110 PC T4 pipe and a stock LXR pipe...and actually the flange opening at the head pipe on the PC is just abit larger than the LXR opening....but then then LXR does step out larger and the exhaust outlet is quite abit bigger. You must have the PC can's inlet on the inside of the LRX's outlet.I know that sounds strange..lol.

No that would have been the easy way out, we had new ti flange welded into place to work properly with the over sized header pipe end (1 1/2")
 
But the inlet on the PC through the baffle is still under sized to the LXR header...so it only looks really cool.

and it does.

I am going to blast and polish my Pitster muffler can and just buy the Pro Circuit decals...So I can ride it on State land and keep the DNR from hassling me.

You bike is sweetly pimpish by the way and I am also talking to Tyler about some new custom graphics.
