Well here is a little update and a fun fact of the day. i ate it big time in vegas mini sx this year. I broke my wrist and busted my knee. well ended up that i tore my acl. well i had sugrey about a week ago. I finally got my cast off and 4 days later i have sugrey! blah sooo Bummin cant ride for about 6 months....

My brace i have to wear for 2 months! not going to happen haha

Nope i got it off about week 1/2 ago... haha i had that **** on for almost 7 1.2 weeks.... blah... now i have to wear this lame leg brace.... for the next 2 months...



but other then this iv been all right how about you... i miss you guys!

That's so weird, I had a full ACL replacement and MCL repair, and had no casts or anything. I went with the cadaver replacement and was off crutches within 2 weeks.



Good luck with the healing!

I did the same thing. im walking already. the first two days were the worst tho. i couldnt walk but the 3rd day i was walking..... im still really sore and black and blue. and they also had to cut part of my meniscus cuz that was torn also.

Stick to it! My doc never sent me to physical therapy after my femur crushed my tib two surgeries and a screw put in and taken out. Luckily my sister has her phd in physical therapy and gave me some pointers. Still havent walked the same since.

great. i have been walking with a limp since vegas and my hips hurt soooo bad. but i hope after these heals i will walk like a normal person! ughh

I stuffed my knee back when i was 10. Done it multiple times since then also hahaha.



But i also had to use the same kind of Knee brace setup. No cast.



KEEP IT ON! I took mine off to go sit in the pool in summer(im in Australia, so i needed to cool off haa). My crutches slipped on the wet, went down and ****ed my knee. back to Square one. All the weeks of Physio to waste.



Make sure you do your Physio also. And when they give you excersises......do them.



You can come out with a Wrecked leg for life, OR come out back to normal. Just depends on how much work you put in at Home.
