Well heres the basic roller that I have so far. I started with a stock chassis and just purchased a bbr super stock swinger and gotta decide what frame to get.

Stats on whats been done.

1. modified front rim to accept Storm disc setup or stock drum.

2. modified storm hub adapter to work with the wheel.

3. installed Hayes, hydraulic front brake setup.

4. extend the rear brake bracket to center the wheel.

5. drilled and tapped the swingarm for the delrin sliders.

6. sent up Red baron forks and updated to Gen 2 with stiffers springs for RR.

7. sent out the fox float to have redone for RR.

8. One industries gripper seat cover, shaved foam.

9. drilled and tapped the triples for number plate and made bracket.

Need help in deciding on the following?

1. have both (ASV C5 pro clutch lever or magura hydraulic clutch setup)

2. YX160 modded or honda motor

3. what frame to use? (billetware, tech 5, or something else)

4. What to use for a catch can.

5. Any other mods that may be useful.

Thanks,

Gary

Dude I have that exact stand.. TidyKatstands are great..lol

Sweet build but those training wheels seem small...:)

I tend to like the tidykats stand myself. You can also store your tools and crap right in them, then just throw them out after they are to tore up. I have 4 good stands and 4 tidykats. You can never have enough.:beerchug:

Just have to watch when loading a hot bike on them. The header will smell like kitty litter few a few minutes.

BTW.. I vote for the modded 160...add that Pitster decomp lever..makes starting them a breeze...kicks over like a stock 50.

were did you get them rims?i want a pair!

Looks good man, even though it would be nice for authenticity's sake to use a honda engine the yx160 would be a a hell of alot easier because you already have the 4 speed trans and you got way more torque.
