I just put my bike together and when I shift, It sounds like something is rubbing inside. Any thoughts on what woul cause this?
TB HD clutch making noise

I just replaced the crankcases and put on a new cylindr and piston. I used the HD clutch off my other bike that ran fine.
When I started it up it ran fine, but it would make a grinding noise when I would shift up or down. I took off the clutch cover and made sure all the clutch peices were in right, and it seemed like they were.
I am worried it is the transmission? Has anyone ever run into this? Anyone have any idea what else it could be?
It only makes a noise when the shifter is pulled up or pushed down. It goes into gear fine.
