Hi, i have ear several times that the yx150/160 give too many break problems like clutch/cranks/start sprockets/pistons ... well, i never see any example of these on the foro but i could see for myself, my yx150 has broken the right crankcase and the bearing. Happen to anybody this problem??

Is this an 08 model engine?

Do a search on the subject. Broken crankcases and bearings are among the most common failures on the YX engine. Even the 150cc.

I think if you are so unsure about the China mills then you need to just buy a klx and go that route. They are proven engines...it will cost you more upfront to make big power but probabaly cost less in the long haul.
 
well i have a yx motor that is built and i don;t have any problem's there are problems becouse the clutch nut from the factory becomes loose witch need to be check ever so often and lock tighted that will cause that to happen which most folks don't know..
