My rear brakes lock up every time I use them. They dont lock all the way but its enough to slowly bring the bike to a stop under full throttle. When I hit the brakes going into a turn or something they get stuck. Then 5 seconds later theres a pop and they unlock.

Ive probably gone through an entire can of brake cleaner and Ive emptied my 400psi air compressor like 4 times trying to get any dirt or rocks out. Ive had a problem with my brakes for a long time now cause I have no clue how to fix it. Any input would be appreciated.

mine did that and we sprayed WD40 where the rod goes into the brake shoe and it worked great. after that I took the rear apart and cleaned it all really good and put some oil on that rod and it works perfect.

Tried it. I filled a pan with brake cleaner then WD40 and set the brake assembly in it and swished it around for a few minutes, then I let it sit in the pan for like 20 minutes. Its still locking up.
