Yep, the "whore" pipes are up for sale again. But this time they were attempted to be fixed! Before and after pics below.
As you can see, these pipes' header was pretty messed up: a FAT dent, and tweaked at two of the bends. I tried to have them fixed. My welding teacher blows out pipes all the time so he said he could do it. He's never done titanium before and I guess its a lot harder than other metals to get just right, but they came out pretty good IMO. Only trouble was that Ti bubbles faster than other metals. so bubbles formed in some areas. Still way better than they were. I was going to just run some header wrap and call it good. Well I never used them, like most of the other previous owners (just bolt up to bike, take pics, and take off). I need the $$$ right now so I guess I will sell these since I'm just running the Chp single pipe anyway!
Header is really the only "problem" with these. Mid pipe, and the crossover is in perfect shape. The two silencers are in good shape too, with only the typical rub marks on the stickers from plastics and one tiny nick in each of the end caps.
These have the billet end caps with removable sound reducers in them. (100$ each from pro circuit)
Price: $425 shipped.
