Well im giving my extra cylinder to my friend to get bored out to accept a 134 piston from trailbikes. What size should i have him bore it to? 58.??

If you could just measure a TB 134 piston that would be good as well.

Everywhere but (most guy's;)) minis, the jug is bored to match the piston and it's EXACT size, plus desired clearance.

Yes I know that which is why I need to know the size of the piston.I know I need to add in the clearance to set the proper piston-cylinder clearance.

I sure he can but overnight is $$$$.Mikes always gone out of his way to help me.I just cant see spending $30 shipping on a $50 piston.Just need someone to take a mic and measure one for me.

its a 58mm piston, your gonna want a .0025 cleareance between the cylinder wall and the piston, all pistons are not equal, plus your gonna have to bore the cylinder and then put the piston in to make sure you have the right clearance...
