no def not,kx60 swinger is 1 inch too narrow at the pivot end.the swinger is also 5 inches longer than stock so would need a fewinches taken off. I have just fabricated a kx60 swinger to fit my klx.was real easy to do at it looks great,i need to make the shock mount then im done.oh yeah you will also need a new shock, the kx6o and the stock shock wont fit,you need a shock with an eye to eye length of 270-280mm with a new upper shock mount

heres a quick guide what you need to do to make the kx60 swinger fit the klx110

1.cut the swinger down 2.5 inches at the pivot end

2.cut out the pivoy points from the old part of the swinger as shown and weld

back into the new part of the swinger(shown in picture)

do this for both sides, making sure the inner gap is 126mm,so it fits to the frame nicely

3.install your swinger to your frame.you will need to use the origional pivot spindle as the kx60 one is too short

from this point you can now work out where your gna want to weld your brake rod to.You can also work out what angle your gna want your shock(this is rider preference). I am in the middle of making an upper shock mount to fit my new shock.as the standard shock cannot be used.

i stil gta get the swinger powder coated,it should look and ride sweet.

please comment on my work.i dont think iv done too bad.its cost me 65pounds including the shock so far(80 dollars)

hope this thread helps alot of people

the weldsiv done on mine are stronger than the origional ones, why pay like 500 dollars for a bbr kit when you can make oneless than 100.when mines finished,it will look better than a bbr compared to the price.this mod was so easy to do! I think i could do one again in around 2 hours

its most definitely worth it to modify a 65 swingarm to fit a 110. i think that the ktm is easier and more straight forward but either way your getting a decent set up.

you can easily find 65 swingarms on ebay for 15-75$ and with a days work of cutting and welding you can have a rear end almost ready to go
