Well not even done with it and took two to three hours of trying just to get the head pipe to fit. I am running the sano mx swinger kit and you have to take that frame shock bracket all the way off including the shock and it still did not fit. I thought at first the pipe was not made to work with that type of swingarm shock kit but it still did not fit. I had to unbolt the new motor I just got done putting in and finally barely got the pipe in. Just like putting headers on a car sometimes. Now I got it on and had just enough room to put the sano shock mount on but you have to put it on in peices not all put together. Barely got that on mind you to after the pipe was through.

Now I try to put the silencer on and the mount on the frame to hold it is off by a half inch. The pipe rests on the sano shock motor mount. I can either take it all back apart and grind some of the mount away or what I will do for now in spring when I get my mig welder is just move the silencer mount. If I ever pull the motor out or take the bike apart I will grind some of the bracket so the pipe can sit lower. Basically you can not run a setup with a shock mount like that but even without it on there I could still not get the pipe on without taking the motor out.

No wonder why they only made three of them. LOL Its a cool exhaust though and one of a kind which is sweet but the install. I guess I should have stayed with my pro circuit t4 or have went with the pc duals. The back of the header where it wraps in the frame to connect to the silencer is just huge so it does not help at all. I would say its about two times the size of the pc t4 pipe I have.

Hope its worth all the mess. I bought the pipe off of jdmp and I am guessing that is why he sold it. I wonder if he had problems putting it on like mine. Not sure what swingarm he was running though with this pipe.

Just wanted to share what work had to be done to just put a pipe on. LOL Will get a pic or two up soon to show you how close it fits and looks.

Here are the pics of it as it sits now. Enjoy. LOL

Still not even done yet since it needs a bracket and the shock tower peice grinded some so it does lay on it so much.

Also my pc t4 pipe is forsale and is in the forsale section if anyone is interested. If you do not like the price make a offer. Must go.

New motor is a 172 stroker and have not rode it yet. Had a 143 tb racehead motor in it before and may just keep that motor for a backup or may sell it. Just ordered the shifter since I need the smaller spline one and just need a new oil filter just to be safe. May have to play with the jetting a little in spring before the season starts. Started in and seems to run good might just need one size bigger on the main since it bogs a tad at higher rpm.

My green 65 rear rim is getting laced soon I hope. Just have to mod my stock skidplate to fit with the two brothers oil cooler and may buy a toyko mods rev box if I can find one used.

If I grind the shock mount I will have to take at least a good half inch out of it which I might be able to do since its kinda bulky to begin with to drop the muffler down to where it needs to be mounted at. The header is resting on the shock mount and is right agasnt the subframe tube so its a close fit. The header as its bolted up on the motor will not even move a tad that is how tight of a fit it is. I may just grind as much as I can out of the shock mount piece and then if I have to cut and reweld the muffler mount where I need it and its done.

Thanks jdmp I and its a sweet looking pipe for sure though and cannot wait to get it done. Hope all the work is worth it but it should be I think. I am sure I will get questions to where I got it from. LOL

Payed $450 shipped from jdmp

Yeah I cannot wait to see all the people at the track asking where I got the pipe from. LOL It should run awesome since its some much bigger then the t4 I got forsale and should let my 172 stroker run good. With my t4 on it with the new motor it sounded like a big bike. Sounded sick.

i had the same exact problem with the older yosh on my reeg rear end. it hit the shock mount in the same spot yours does. Had to ground alot off the mount for it to clear. yosh seem to have alot more small bends in them compared to other exhausts

wait i'm comfused....it's not the rs2? then what is it? and why is it so hard to put on haha i'm sorry but my mind is all over the place on this one
it is the rs-2 but its a full ti head pipe and carbon fiber can. they only made three. all you can get now is the stainless/cf

ITS not an rs2. Its a TRC. Its the same can design of the trs in carbon fiber with a carbon cap and titanium header. 3 total made and the pipe has excelled over anything that I have ridden. I wish this pipe was 295! LOL
