Hands Down the best damn carbs ive ever worked with.

Im running a Yosh MJN-TM24 on my 95cc motor and a MJN-TM26 on my 115 ape.

I posted a thread a while back with my experiences with them. I think TMAS has one of these carbs now as well.

The MJN design places small holes along the sides of the hollow needle to atomize fuel at the center of the carburator throat which is the point of highest intake velocity. This provides improved throttle response and horsepower at low and mid-range rpm. Peak power is also higher because the main jet is allowed to flow more fuel with less restriction. The pilot circuit is stopped when the throttle is closed in order to prevent run-on which keeps the combustion chambers cleaner.

the carb is also thermal transdusive coated inside and out to reduce heat.

They say they work great on anything over 88cc. I'm still learning everything I can about these, but so far, they sound like "the" carb to run. Easily tuned which is what I am after.

i was looking at these carbs also

i currently use a mikuni vm28 flatslider on my honda nice motor

(180cc daytona dohc)

i was looking at this carb mjn tmr 28 flatslider its so trick!

it also has an accelerator pump !?

what benefit would i have with this

cheers

i have 2 of those carbs, they are just tm28-1. the accel pump works killer, throttle response is snappy to say the least. IMO they are the best carbs i have used.

They are different. Yosh buys the bodies from Mikuni and the internal parts are redesigned by Yoshimura. Different animal.
