I didnt have my frame powder coated, i wish i did. all i did was paint it. Im not really happy with the way it came out. But its easy to get it powder coated, it will probably take you maybe an hour to strip the bike, then you jst have to find someone on your area that powder coats. A friend of mine does it and he told me around $80-$100. so its not all that bad.

I started off by having the frame sand blasted, them i got a primer from rustoleum thats ment for bare metal, i did a few coats of that. then i got high performance enamal from rustoleum in red, i did a bunch of coats of that, then i got a high gloss clear enamal for the clear coat. i didnt really count how many coats i did. jst did it till it looked right.

well right now all i have is a stock motor so im not in a rush for an exhaust, ill probably get one this summer, with the stock exhaust i dont have to worry about my neighbors bitching. and i jst bought all my suspension last week all at once so that was a big hit.

yea the steel sprockets might be heavier but they last forever. i work at a dealership so i can either get JT out of Tucker Rocky or Parts Unlimited. You will not be able to order from those companies you have to a dealer, so jst go into your local shop they will be able to help you out. and yes they make bigger sizes, if you want me to look up the sizes i can.
