It will work since your replacing the crank, cylinder, and everything else you would need to convert.

The only problem you may see is that the cases on your sikk 107 will be a larger diameter than the ouside diameter of the TB cylinder.

well this china motor people said here on the forums only makes around 6-7 hp while the TB 108 makes 10+(?) that would be why

Sikk 107 with a pipe, 24mm and Crower cam puts down 8-8.5 to the wheel.

No dyno test yet on the TB 108, will we ever have any, but I would guess it is 9-10.5 set up right. It is fast though, i've ridden it.

CHICOM 107 set up like above would work great for a torqey play motor. Remember the Sikk is noticibly heavier that a 50, and you have 4 gears with a Sikk and 3 with the Honda.

My boy has a sikk107 and it is SLOW :( :( so i would go with a 108 and befour you say how moch hors. your bike has get it dynoed first because it is allways lower then what you hope. :D

Exactly. I've seen a dyno of a Chinese 107 with a good cam/pipe/carb they are about 8hp.

Never seen a dyno of a TB 108 and we probably never will, given the track record of all the shit talkers.

I rode my 88 (ported head, 18mm, cam, pipe, etc) and a TB 108 back to back Sunday. My 88 has 5.7 HP at the wheel on a dyno. The bikes were geared sorta the same, the 108 a little higher. The TB was fast, as much as I would ever need, but the butt dyno did not register 11HP as some claim.

And spend $13 and get a 16T CS sprocket, it'll magically get faster 8O

Get a custom cam. Send yours to Crower and they'll weld it up and grind it down. .268 lift and 248 duration I think for the 107s.

hay, do you ride on dirt with it or street? The reason i ask because you can get a way with a bigger carb on street then dirt.My boy is so mad  about his bike that he don't want to even ride it.So i told him i will try to make it faster some how? Do you know what size carb is on it know?

Go to a 16T front sprocket. It'll do 45 mph with just that change. Add a 20mm from TB and it'll hit 50 almost.

The stock carb is 17-18mm.
