duuuude, I have the same problem on my YZ330 2 stroke. If I'm lucky I can go 4 rides before my spark plug explodes!!!



What's your top gear speed with a new plug, first ride???
 
I had to give up on grips and epoxy my hands on to the bars after I cross-threaded a NGK A7 in to the head of my CRF50 witha 227 kit on it. But now I can't get my pants back up, so if you see a huge bare-azzed dude on a little bike flying by, wave, eh?

Since when did you develope the two27 kit for the 50 motor? Or is it, CRF50 based? :razz:



Did the epoxy help with arm pump?

Swallow it whole, or chew it up? My dog ate the 1-1/2" knit buttons off my wife's cardigan. I was scooping the kennel and saw these big bright blue things in a turd. I was like "WTF?" The "Deuce & a quarter + a pair" kit is loosely based on a CRF50 bottom. JC Whitney was out of adapter plates so I made my own outta plywood. Slows heat transfer. All Honda, uses a jug & head from a GX series trash pump. The 3 speed is holding it back, so I'm using the rear hub from a mountain bike. 3x6 for an 18 speed. The epozy has eliminated arm pump, but I'm trying to loosen the bar bolts with a 12mm wrench between my toes. It's far too cold to be bare-bummed and in the garage all winter.



I'll barely eat barley.
