pull your sparkplug and see what the color of it is and if it looks good a nice tan color or a little darker then change it out for a new 1 and see if the helps!

ajust valves, clean carb, change oil, clean air filter, new spark plug....

like it was bogging when i would pin it now it stop put it still is running like it i hadnt did in like 2 years i cleaned the jets that really didnt help ill check tha plug

checked it it was black at tip so cleaned it up seemed to help a little then drained oil but know i need a new throttle cable so if you can find me one for cheap that would be chill

Black could == too rich a mixture, or geez man give 'er an italian tune up and blow the carbon out!
