I have a 2003 DRZ110 with a YX 160 Cylinder head on it with the 143 BB kit and yes, it works just fine as a performance upgrade. So, with that said, you will lose compression V's the stock head if that's the rout you want to take unless you order a Hi compression piston to go with it. I would also get a Honda style intake for it as well.hey chris, i also have an older klx 110 with a tb 143 kit on it and i was wondering if the yx 150/160 head will bolt right on and be good to go or will i need to change valves or anything?
