Man I'm beginning to believe we're the only family with one of these bikes. Can't find any modification info online.

Purchased this fun little bike for my son, a new rider. Went with the "Big Wheel" version with 19"/16" wheels, and he loves it. Ditched the air snorkel, added a Yoshimura exhaust, and rejetted the carburetor. It can now be started in warm weather without choking, and the performance difference was dramatic. Here's the dyno sheet sent to me by Yoshimura:

I know dynos always have some loss associated with them, so if I figure the loss in, the peak horsepower should now be up from 8.85 HP stock to around 10.2 HP now. But the seat-of-the-pants feel from the difference beyond 7,000 rpm is dramatic!

By the way, carb adjustments were #40 pilot jet, #117.5 main jet, and two shims under stock needle. I believe I ended up with the idle fuel screw two turns out. I'm in eastern NC, so literally about 50 feet above sea level.
