Height. If I reminder correctly it's to top of the bottom spring when the forks are compressed.
Xtreme suspension question
When changing to 20wt fork oil. How are y'all measuring the oil by CCs or by oil height? Thanks

i used 150cc of 15wt(in each leg) in mine and a 3/4 inch pvc spacer on top of the spring
