Just get a 24mm knockoff carb from Ebay. Pretty much the same thing.

You will need a different intake (that is taller and one that has the correct carb stud spacing), throttle cable, and air filter. Unless you also open up the exhaust, maybe change cam, head, valve size as well, you will probably make it run slightly worse than stock. Just my .02

it already has full exhaust, oversized cam, runnin on stock head though.
