Any specific reason you want to put an 80 in it? Doesn't a 125 fit in without modification?

That depends and varies on the condition and year of the engine. So I could only say that if i had some informations

A few month ago I bought a Honda CY 80. Unfortunately there came no engine with it. And to get it back on the road (legal) I need the 80ccm Engine, which is the same as the one from the XR or CRF 80.
