I have a 2003 drz 110 and want to get a big bore kit. My question is would it be worth doing before i can get a output shaft, shift star, drum, and clutch? Will it still be reliable? Was thinking getting a 134, or a 143 cylinder and piston.

You should be fine without the output shaft and shift star many people have ridden for years on 134's ect with the stock shaft. it's the huge high compression motors that you have to worry about

I would do the shift shaft at the same time as the big bore just in case somethin does happen that way u don't have to take your motor apart twice. The stock shaft will be fine cuz I ran it with a 143 kit for a long time
