whos busted off their kick start lever and the shaft???

never have after 4 years... stock shaft and kicker.

it happened to both of my friends.1 with a stock shaft and the other with the better easy kick shaft. high compression kits need a strong kick to start them so how long do you think the shaft will hold up for??

i broke the kickstart shft on my 110 1 day after building my 172 plus r lucily you dont have to split cases to replace the shaft on a klx

Didn't see any china motors on this thread.Is that what you broke yours on?

my china motor is pushin 13:1 and 16hp

Bent the spliney bit of a takegawa kicstarter on a lifan 150. forgot to put the bolt in after changing the exhaust.

i didnt break anything.

13:1 - 16hp, how much cc? and is your motor hard to kick over?

its a 154cc's

theres a certain way that i have to start it that i learned from feel i guess, so no not anymore. but when it was new i would just kick it and yeah i went thru quite a few shafts haha, but it was cool b/c i would give it back to rcm and they would fix it for me haha

i have been through 3 sets of kicker gears on my japanese klx 190cc.

I broke some kicker gears on the old honda 4 spds.
