In this order,

#1- PWK28mm

#2- Pax Kevlar Clutch

#3- TB V2 Head

#4- Inner rotor with weight or Lifan outer rotor
Port and polish head and bigger cam, thats what I did with my 140 and it woke it right up.
Thats the same bike and motor i have....these are the things that really wake it up,make it run strong and doesnt cut down on the reliability(at least not on mine)I was going to get a BBK but now i dont think it needs it.....just the head rocks :D

#1 TB V2 Head & Hi Comp Piston Kit

#2 Real Mikuni VM 606 26mm Carb

#3 Heavy Duty Clutch Plates & Springs
Thanks for the info! I figured I would hear alot of BBk's. I have read alot about the V2 head, and the 165 BBk but have been out of the loop for about 6months. Now when I go to venders sights I see a 170 kit. Is this the latest and greatest?? I need my bike to be reliable. So from the post above I like the kevlar clutch with HD springs, V2 head, but will the 26mm carb be enough for a BBk later on?? Oh yeah one more question. What does the inner rotor do?? Thanks.

This is all you should need right here!!!!!!!!!!!!

But don't forget the DeComp Cam if you wanna keep from breaking your cases, It works wonders!!!!!!!

If you go the Inner Rotor way DON'T get the $h1T ones on E-Bay get a real Kitaco, you'll pay more but they are top notch parts for sure!!!!
All,

I am curious about this: "#4- Inner rotor with weight" What does the "With weight" actually mean ? All of the IRK's I have run are tiny and made out of aluminum and I am curious about how to add weight to them.

Any further info is appreciated.

i would go with the V2 head first then upgrade the carb later. i did and man the thing rips
most of the above , but this order, V2 head, NCC six disc clutch (better than just plates and feels smooth as stock) BBK,then a bigger carb , or have yours reworked.(decomp cam is a good idea as well)
