what to do first on a 110

What does everyone think you should do first on a 110 -my first thought is -



1. Bars and Grips



2. Heavier shock and fork springs



3. Pipe



5. Bore Kit



6. tires

oh crap - i forgot to put pegs on the list - i knew there was something i missed - i agree that would be the first thing after the bars and grips

first thing is longer bolts for the peg mounts, or you are taking a chance of breaking the cases. 8mm x 25mm

Yes, thats about perfect.



First you really want to get bars so it is instantly more comfortable. Pegs aren't that important unless your riding with boots. Then def. suspension before the motor.

how about some bars. and then spend some money on the free mods... it will be like a whole new bike for cheap money. choke plug, exhaust tip, rejet, drill exhaust restrictor, remove snorkle and you won't believe the different for well under 50 bucks.

well so far all we have done is put #s on them, break them in, and ride them.



i think our shopping list will be like this depending on $ -



1. Protaper Mini bar - already ordered



2. heavier springs - already ordered



3. Pipe - one ordered -



4. tires (already had one set from one of our 65s)



5. Pegs



6. bore kit



I am interested in the free/ cheep mods - I had already grinded on the exhaust restrictor on the drz 110 we already have - but did get it all done -



what size drill bit or whatever did you use to get yours out ??



havent heard of the choke plug mod ???



and do you think the snorkle removal adds much or should i just drill the inside of the airbox ??
