hi.

just looking for some advice/input on what i should do to my head.i want to squeeze somemore power out of my 106cc..

i dont know too much about port & polish, head work.

Q:if my intake valve is 25mm should my intake port size be 25mm also, instead of 23mm.??

and the same with the exhaust valve size 22mm,should the exhaust port size be 22mm too, instead of 19mm??

what size carb should i be using if my intake valve is 25m, a 24m or 26m.

my kit came with a 26m but i wasnt too good for 88cc so i traded with a friend for his jap 24m flatslide.. and it works awesome for my 106.

what do you guys think??

Since you have a bigger engine than the 88, I'd try more cam. A good head porter will do the worrying about port sizing specifics, for you;) I like a 24mm carb on our 106 Superhead motors. Should be plenty for an R-Stage.
