I have a CT70H roller laying around and I noticed a rear sprocket on it today. It has a 45 tooth sprocket on it. WHAT IF , I put it on the back of the Fiddy ? Standard is 37 tooth, I am thinking it would be a stump puller ! Kinda like a trials bike, the only gear that would be " road gear " would be the top end of 3rd gear.

But I bet the front end would come up in all gears and it is a stock engine with baffle removed , uni filter and 60 main.



Just an idea .

Anyone ?

BTW Does anyone actually know how to calculate how much slower in top end it would be ? Say in mph. ?

Does it really matter what the top end will be? You want the bottom end tourqe with that sprocket. Right? And besides what is the topend on a 88cc 3speed with say a 39th sprocket typically? like 35mph?!! LOL!

That sprocket won't fit I don't think. If I remember right the bolt pattern is about a 1/4inch off compared to 50 one.
