Looks like some sort of b.s. 50riders.com question
That definately sounds like a gimmick, I mean how can having two spark plugs help, just run an aftermarket coil ($55) or I-cat (200) and the right plug, wouldnt that be just as good?
yes, they are. but back to the question about the twin sparkBlackBall said:Arent Icat's $200 not $90?
agreed.. when tuned right the twinspark motors run very well... dont plan on tuning these at home... unless of course your z88r  but yea when tuned right these motors rip............ hey josh enlighten us a bit i know you have some experience wiht these motorsmanwhore said:i run a twin spark head with twin icats it make so much torqe it is unreal you can run it extra rich and the 2nd plug will burn all the fuel that will deliver more HP if you run the same motor but run a twin spark on it it will be good for at least 1-2 hp more when i get the chance in the next week or 2 we will have put our 124cc twin spark on the dyno at crower power and i will say close to 20hp we will see

and you will see them i hope by the end of next weekbraaaap said:The only advantage i can see from this is that it would make it easier to tune (more room for error) other than that I would have to see the dyno results.
