TTR110 can be moded easily, here's I have a 58mm size piston with 69mm ultra thick sleeves for durability.

Even with 250cc engine and PWK38AS Solenoid it is easy

You know, to increase low to mid power and rpm range it doesn't always need a big bore. Just using a smaller magnetos & good ignition. You can using YZ125 magnetos, but you'll have to dam the oil from the crankcase.
