143cc big bore stock head klx 110...would the stock exhaust truly make this bike not run properly...jetting and tuning for the smaller exhaust but just not gettin any were.

it could run fine if you get the jetting right might have the pops but aftermarket pipe just wakes the thing up my vote is to get a pipe

alrightlooks like ill have to eventually go that route...i just thougth i could make the bike run properly like it is but i have literally tried everything tuning wise. everything b\w a 110 jet and a 190...adjusting E-clip position.. drililng out stock exhausts head pipe, adjusting valves...diff. fuel grades...( cleaned carb thoroughly more than once) just running out of ideas?



Plus my carb spits fuel out overflow but i have checked the needle it is working properly, i havent taken floats out and needle and cleaned and double checked that all but it still messes with me...so IDK anymore!
