motor is sill brand new. honda motor has no kick starter or ignition, has everything carb manifold and ims shifter, just hook up 2 wires and a fuel line and throttle cable and go. i chaged the oil after the first 3 tanks of gas, never riden hard or raced, i also have like new pro tapers with triple clamp neads a throttle and throttle cable to work, everything in great shape bars 150 and the motor 300
