So, the new setup I got, the signals are only a hot wire, not a ground. Kind of a strange setup to me. The fronts seem to work as long as the system ground is hooked up. The rear, not so much. thoughts?

the part that you bolt the singal up to probably has to be a metal part of the bike like the frame as a ground.

ya the metal mount is the ground

if you got the aftermarket ones from japan they don't run a ground as there's an electrical component that doesn't require a ground wire.

If you do base it off the Monkey or late model CT70 harness. That way you will at least be by the Honda color scheme. My current harness started as a NICE110 harness. I cut out most of what i didn't need (Fuel tank sensor) and kept the 2nd-4th gear position sensors leads as spares in the harness. So far ive been able to splice in just about anything ive needed to but its a mess. I think ill cut one from scratch when i run out of other things to do, or source a Honda monkey one from over seas.

Thanks Brad. For now, I'll cut the jincheng harness to hell. When I do my new engine, I'll probably grab a NICE or Monkey harness.
