What is the length of the rear shocks stock on a 77 xr75?



What are some suspension mods you guys are doing to ride these as mini bikes?



Glad you guys made this forum, I have been debating getting one of these for the last month.

I cant answer that one. Those years had the laydown shocks. Here is a NOS pair of Redwing Hammer Heads that i think will fit 73-76. They need the 10 and 12 mm bushings that i dont see with them. I not really sure they will fit on the sprocket side cuz of the bottoms of the shock. I have never seen them in 12 inch lenght. Here is a pic and link.

I'm currently in the process of modifying some new inverted forks for a klx110 to work with the xr75 frame, also adding a dg swingarm and a set of works performance rear shocks with a turtle suspension kit from xrminiracer. Can't wait to get the roller done. Haven't seen any xr's out there with a modern frontend, hopefully it turns out how I picture it.

haha, yea, shes coming along well, got the turtle mounts welded in today, going to machine the new stem for my fully adjustable red baron factory forks, and hopefully assemble the whole deal this weekend
