I ordered a ssr pitbike from killerpowersports.com on the 8th and they took the money from my CC and I haven't received any shipping or tracking info. we keep calling and they keep telling us they are checking on it for us, then they never call back. they advertise that if you order by the 13th then you are guaranteed shipping by Christmas. has anyone ever dealt with this dealer? I know its Christmas holiday and its super busy but how long does it take to get a tracking number?
