which carb would work best for my 151 cc lifan engine with porting, bigger valves and Tb camshaft? I also will have an FMF 4.1. I am looking a at PE round slide 28 or VM flatslide 28

any help would be appreciated.

PE is a lot easier to tune than a VM, I'm fighting a VM in a buddies son's mini.

VM is a square slide and the PE is a round slide. The VM has a power jet which keeps the motor from leaning out on WOT runs for long periods. Keihin carbs are just easier to tune for me. And any local honda shop will have jets in stock for the VM since honda's use keihin carbs.

yep flatslides are more performance orientated and round slides tend to run no matter what.



the power jet is a good thing to have with a set up like yours
