^^^ is this shock spring any good ? and will i bottom this thing out easy ? i weigh about 150 to 160. let me know thanks

it depends how hard are you ridding it? for a little more you can get an Ishock with a stiffer spring I run one and I am 196 it works for me

i dont really like to buy parts used like shocks/forks. but what ishock are you running maybe it would be a good idea to buy a used ishock
