Has anyone found that the R.P.M rear shock doesn't fit between the frame, what do you do about this? Can you bend the frame?

bend it till it fits or grind down the side of the eyelets on the shock

do you have a stock or a chromemoly frame ?

are you talkin about the eyelets or frame rails for the rear subframe ?
