Hey, I have a fast50s throttle and I was planning on getting an asv brake lever and I was wondering would it mount onto the the throttle like it is or would it mount next to it? I am not sure so please let me know?

What would I do with the asv perch?

u mount it next to the throttle on the bar

Just get the one they make for the throttle (assuming it's the one w/ the built in perch):
