It will sit a little choppered out but you can raise the forks in the clamps as far as they will go and you should be fine.
question about swing arm
would the ride be level on a bike with bombshells if it had a 12 inch front tire and i-shock and 2 inch longer swing arm or should i get the red barron frame?

what about with out the 12 inch rim
Raise/ lower/ leave them to your preference. They should come in neutral position.
